Our 3-Step Admission Process

1. Contact & Consultation

Reach out via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Our admissions counsellor will provide guidance and answer all questions confidentially.

2. Assessment & Preparation

We’ll schedule an assessment to understand the patient’s background, needs, and treatment goals. This helps us create a personalized recovery plan.

3. Admission & Recovery

Once all documentation is completed, the patient is admitted into our program, starting a journey of healing and transformation with our support team.

Admission Requirements

To ensure a smooth process, please prepare the following documents and information before admission:

  • Copy of the patient’s ID or birth certificate
  • Parent/guardian’s ID copy
  • Medical aid details (if applicable)
  • Signed consent and admission forms
  • Brief medical or psychological history

Support for Families

Families are an essential part of the healing process. LADGAC provides counselling, updates, and continuous support throughout the patient’s stay to ensure everyone moves forward together.

The process usually takes 1–3 days depending on assessment results and bed availability. Emergency admissions can be arranged in special cases.

Yes, LADGAC accepts patients from all provinces in South Africa. Accommodation and in-patient support are available for out-of-town admissions.

We provide an after-care facility, ongoing counselling, mentorship, and family integration programs to ensure sustained recovery after discharge.
